If you had told me in the past I would own an adult coloring book I would have laughed at you. But I've been under a lot of stress at work and people kept mentioning coloring and knitting as good ways to relax. I couldn't bring myself to knit, so coloring it was. I'm actually shocked at how relaxing it is. I've only done a couple of the designs in this book, but I already find myself looking forward to doing the others as I really like the shapes and patterns in all of the designs. I would highly recommend this book to anyone thinking about getting an adult coloring book. Now I just have to figure out what to do with all these pictures when im done with them, lol.
This truly was a stress reliever! An activity I can do with the kiddos, while they’re busy coloring their own, or curl up with a glass of wine and do alone. Sometimes the simplest things can really make a difference after a hard day.
this particular coloring book is great because it lays flat and the designs are easy to color in. i like that some of the designs are zoomed in on, it gives it some variety. it's nice listening to some music and coloring these in. the pages are good quality too. all in all, i plan to buy more coloring books from Karalynn Rose!

My wife regularly doodles in our infant's coloring books, so I figured why not get her a book of her own? I'm so glad I picked out this book; it's the perfect zen activity for her, as the different patterns in here are varied and a sight to behold once colored. Highly recommend this book to anyone!
